Real Wedding – BJ & Wilma at Chatham Station
Spring is such a lovely season, bringing new life and new beauty to all that is – making it the perfect season for a wedding! BJ and Wilma’s spring wedding at Chatham Station was flourishing with light, beauty, and most importantly, love. Surrounded by friends and family, the couple’s loved blossomed into a new season of life.
Wilma wore an elegant tulle ballgown with lace detail and carried a bouquet bursting with white and light pink blooms. The pinks in her bouquet matched her bridesmaids’ various shades of pink in their gowns. BJ and his groomsmen complemented the bridal party nicely, looking handsome in their navy blue suits.
For the ceremony, guests were greeted with a beautiful handwritten sign. The natural light pouring in from Chatham Station’s floor-to-ceiling garage doors shed the perfect light on the couple for the ceremony. All eyes were on Wilma and BJ as they stood surrounded by loved ones in front of the rustic exposed brick and said their “I do’s.”
The reception couldn’t have been more lovely from the intricate floral displays to the personalized Jenga pieces from guests. BJ and Wilma sat at their own table, which featured an ivory runner topped with a bountiful strand of greenery interspersed with white blooms. In the center of the table sat a beautiful floral arrangement similar to Wilma’s bouquet. Blush satin napkins sat atop the tableware, accompanied by a champagne flute reading “cheers to forever.” Guests were seated at round tables dressed in white linens topped with floating tealights, crystal votives and small flowers.
After a delightful dinner catered by Unforgettable Food Affairs, it was time for cake. The couple’s cake was a four-tiered masterpiece, featuring cascading blooms, a fondant replica of their dog, and a cake topper reading “Mr. & Mrs.” surrounded by an arrangement of florals. BJ and Wilma incorporated many personalized details into their special day, right down to the cake knives!
After sharing dinner, cake, and celebrating with their guests, it was time for BJ and Wilma to embark on forever. Their loved ones gathered around to send off the newlyweds under a canopy of bubbles. The couple stopped to share a kiss during the whimsical sendoff before departing from the celebration. Cheers to forever!
