Real Wedding – Kayla & David at the Sutherland
The historic Sutherland estate and its surrounding oaks, magnolias and pines created an intimate atmosphere perfect for Kayla and David’s wedding.
Kayla exuded elegance in a sweetheart neckline gown with lace overlay and beautiful back detail. Her bridesmaids framed her nicely in lovely powder blue gowns, which drew attention to the subtle hints of blue interspersed in the bouquets made up of pale pink and ivory blooms. David complemented his bride handsomely in a light charcoal suit and ivory flower boutonniere.
The ceremony had a refreshing feel, decorated with bountiful greenery and fresh light colored blooms. Rich wood and exposed brick accentuated the venue’s rustic, authentic architecture and made for a picturesque backdrop.
After the ceremony, guests were treated to a delicious assortment of desserts. Tables were topped with luscious fresh greenery, ivory blooms and floating tealights, which gave off a romantic ambience. Kayla and David’s cake was a three tiered buttercream with cascading soft pink blooms and greenery.
Kayla and David looked like something straight out of a fairytale as they shared their first dance as newlyweds illuminated by dazzling greenery and a gorgeous chandelier. After much celebration with friends and loved ones, the couple was sent off under the florescent light of waving glow sticks. This special moment encapsulated the perfect ending to a magical day!
