Real Wedding: Rachel + Andrew at The Bradford
Rachel wore a strapless gown with an embellished sweetheart neckline and lace overlay. Her tiered skirt flowed with her magically as she walked down the aisle. She carried a bouquet of cream, blush, and peach roses and other blooms.
Andrew complemented Rachel nicely in a charcoal suit, royal blue tie, and small boutonniere of an ivory flower. Rachel’s bridesmaids were dressed in blush gowns and carried bouquets similar to her own.
For the reception, guests walked over to The Bradford’s beautiful terrace. One long farm table featured a continuous garland of greenery dotted with gold votives interspersed with very tall, white candles. Smaller round tables were adorned with floral arrangements reminiscent of Rachel’s bouquet. Small name cards with elegant gold print held by a re-purposed wine cork were placed at each setting.
Rachel and Andrew were seated in the middle of the farm table, accompanied by their parents on either side. Guests enjoyed a traditional three-tiered cake that featured an opulent display of cream, blush, and peach blooms and greenery.
As dusk gave way to night, lots of candle light and hanging market lights accentuated the romantic ambiance of the celebration. Guests danced under the stars with Rachel and Andrew, and when it came time, everyone lined up to create an archway of sparklers to send off the couple. Andrew stole a kiss from Rachel while the photographer snapped a picture, capturing the perfect end to their special day.
