Real Wedding – The Barn at Woodlake Meadows
The best way to create the perfect ambience for your wedding starts with the venue! The Barn at Woodlake Meadows features a beautifully rustic yet elegant space. The open concept of the barn is both intimate and inviting – perfect for celebrating with loved ones.
The bride’s strapless sweetheart neckline gown with lace overlay and tiered skirt from Simply Blush Bridal made her look whimsical and ethereal as she floated down the aisle. The varying light pink and lavender blooms that made up her bouquet highlighted the blush undertones of her dress. The bouquet also complemented the groom’s lavender bowtie.
The ceremony was like something out of a fairytale as the couple said their “I do’s” under an arch of blush and lavender blooms overlooking a scenic lake. The reception, held inside the barn, was bursting with light as the sun poured in through the many windows. Tables topped in white linens featured a rustic burlap runner and gold lanterns.
Instead of going the traditional route and having a tiered wedding cake, the couple treated guests to an assortment of cake pops. The cake pops were displayed in the same fashion as a traditional cake, in tiers with cascading arrangements of lavender and blush blooms and fresh greenery. The couple even had bride and groom cake pops!
As dusk gave way to night, the couple shared one last kiss before exiting the celebration under the glow of sparklers held by loved ones and a fireworks show, creating the perfect fairytale ending to their special day!
